Structuring your family Office
Whilst no two are alike, most have similarities. Whether we're re-structuring an established office or starting afresh, there are set component of the family office that can be planned. I like to introduce this (very poorly formatted) map when starting an engagement.
Each component is represented, from the bottom are the elements that we need to draw data from, the middle office structure houses the operational infrastructure and the performance reporting and family group is where it ends.
